Hello you! Rest assured no-one in the creative and cultural sphere wants to be bogged down by legal waffle but unfortunately it’s part and parcel of the blogging scene as much as any other aspect of professional activity so here goes.
I am awaiting advice from a legal source here in the UK. At the moment I am not taking email addresses and even if I was you can rest assured I am not interested in sharing them but more details here when I have them.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
